Get well soon. Hope they catch the amoeba that did this to you. Maybe a dose of concrete in his/her face might change their perspective.

I was on the beltway (I-495) and saw a car which tire blew off. I was trying to avoid that accident and lower the speed. All of sudden, I got hit from left behind and fell down. The car just ran away.

Fortunately, I had full protection (helmet, gloves, jacket, pants with protection, and boots). Still, one of bone on ankle had fracture and I need to have a splint for 6 weeks.

That's really suck... Hope the state police can get the car and the jerk.

Later I will check my Panigale.. Ugh...

Sorry to hear and get well soon. Know the feeling man. When I was 18 I nearly bled to death on the side of the road with my right foot almost severed. Prick never stopped. He ran a red light.

Man that sucks hope you get back on your feet, the bike can always be replaced... can't stand things like this and mostly the reason I just ride out west.

I wonder if it was on the VA side of the beltway - hit and run w/ injury/death is a felony in VA. Hope they get the guy and teach him a lesson.

It happened on MD side. The location was in between Exit 28 and 29. The state police contacted me for my safety gears. As long as he is working on it, he can figure that out.
