I saw a picture of a hinged knee puck (GP cheat?) On the inside there's a scoop. When you're going straight the scoop opening is closed. When you turn your knee out the wind catches the scoop and opens it into a cupped winglet creating both drag and turning force. When you return your knee straight the wind closes it. Clever.

On that note, Bautista beat him by out powering him on the straights, really fun watching those two race because Toprak brakes later and Carrie’s more corner speed by a wide margin, but Bautista gets onto the fat part of the tire earlier and onto the power faster with a bike that’s more powerful, so he’s faster coming out of the corner and into the straight by a wide margin.

Makes for very dynamic racing when one guy is way faster going into a corner and the other guy is way faster coming out of one.

And they are so evenly matched that if either makes a single mistake the other is gone, so they raise the level of each others riding.

The races between Bautista and Toprak are the best entertainment and racing battle in all of Motorsports right now.
