Aftermarket exhaust will void warranty?

Hello,

I just bought a V4S and I also purchase the Akrapovic exhaust but I didn't installed yet because my bike only have 60 miles. I just saw the new Termignoni exhaust and I really like it.

I wouldn't mind to sell my new Akrapovic and buy the Termignoni however according to Ducati I will lose my warranty? Is that possible?
