Dealers won't deal on the new bikes but usually will deal on accessories when you purchase the bike, especially when it is part of the purchase. Don't go back a month later try to buy as that does not work.
You might even wait till next winter when they are slow and buy a system they have had in stock for a while at a discount. Hard to get discount on new stuff when it is a hot item.
