any update? i recently install upmap for my slip on and can feel the difference in term of power and no delay for qs. can hear the popping sound from exhaust and its louder
 
Lets say termi is a mild map, 300 bucks

And akra dealer map, is a more complete full map, but only available with the purshace of a 5 K exhaust

I haven’t rifen an akra bike, just for reference

Also, will there be any difference in exhaust sound decibel and character between the slip on and full system?

Thanks for the confirmation. I just ordered the slip on over the weekend. And am now wondering if I should go for the full system. If they sound similar in loudness and character, I may just stick to slip on. Purely for the ease of swapping between slip on and stock exhaust when attending trackdays. We have pretty tough emission laws here in Singapore

I heard both the slip on & full system side by side, TBH they sound identical & both remove cats.
I couldn’t justify the extra to fit the full system for the sake of another couple of BHP. I had a full system on my H2 and it wasn’t worth the cost (for my use)
For the V4 I wanted the sounds, looks and quality more than anything.

If wasn’t a special price on full system, I wouldn’t pull the trigger for full either.

Slip on was my target anyhow.

Picked up my 2020 V4 about two weeks ago (might have been 1st base model in FL - great dealership). Love this bike! Debating on full vs slip-on (I usually go with full, but will research differences in power delivery). I'll also head to the dealership again and give a ride and listen to their 2020 V4S demo. That will make up my mind. Btw, excellent clip. Thx.
 
Just realized my response months back never went through. Couple of pics. Bought @ Sanford Ducati...
