Any V4’s with loose manifold fasteners?

Anyone else have the nuts fastening the manifolds to the heads come undone? I was having a look over my bike a few days ago and noticed a nut wedged between the swing arm and the chassis and thought hmm [emoji848] Turns out it was completely off the manifold on one side and very loose on the other (rear heads).

Bike has about 60 miles on the odo [emoji51]

I asked the dealership if they loosened them to get the silencer on but the answer was negative. So just a heads up… check your nuts please!

I just checked my nuts and they were fine….

Ouch [emoji21] Can I then assume that she can curl a considerable amount of weight?

Exhaust manifold nutz, in general, are single use locking type either copper or copper clad.

Even if the dealer said nay, if they are the deformed type, I would replace them all. it is rare for them to come loose on their own unless they have been reused.

Any V4’s with loose manifold fasteners?
