Getting bored of waiting now, anyone got anything official to tell us?? My dealer says should still be in April...............

We have one being delivered in the next day or so......it`s our first Tri so far.

There will be one happy customer when I call him and tell him it`s landed

Any ideas when your getting your second? How many did you get in your first allocation??? I'm getting the second from my dealers!!!!

I believe I have been allocated the second one from SMC in Sheffield so the waiting game continues which means I have a little longer to get my new gear sorted. Either way I am not in a rush but think of it every day lol. :D

There were pics up of someone getting their Tri at the end of March in the UK....

Ducati Coventry have had at least 2 go out, i think they got them in the first batch as they were there when i rode the demo last month..... Im hoping mine is the soon, been told mid may

Aaaargh...I can just about handle hearing of lucky sods getting their bikes delivered, just so long as none of them pull up beside me at the lights....that would just be too painful!!

Been told end of this month at the earliest!!!! Sounds like may to me :mad:Going slightly mad waiting!

A friend of mine took delivery of his Tricolore today

Couldn't do me a favour and find out where your mate got insured? I've been with Bennetts for years but they can't even quote on a Tricolore yet?

Cheers!

E-bike has been the best for me so far. Base with ABS
If that doesnt work as it may be over their bike value limit try Ducati Insurance.

My Tri arrived today, insurance was a problem, no quotes from most. Insured with MCE in the end. Been with H & R for over 10 years and they wouldn't touch it, nor would Carole Nash or Ducati insurance ( £2500+).

Pics uploaded soon.

Just done the first 30 miles, instantly felt like I'd ridden the bike all my life.

So much better than my 1198s with full 72mm system it was untrue. Can even see out of the mirrors!!!

Now for all the carbon and the race manifold. The termis sound great, DB killers out of course.

I have had a quote from NFU (National Farmers Union) we have loads of policies with them through the farm and business. Quote so far is £1586.00 fully Comp with zero no claims. Harsh but not bad to be fair.

No not at all they will insure anybody. We do however breed dressage horses and currently have 73 with 8 foals still to be born this year. So we do get looked after. They originaly said the policy could not be accepted but over rode it due to the amount of business we have with them. Perks of the job I guess but the biggest perk will be running it through he business and getting the VAT back.
