That's interesting. Can you post what the map looked like when unified and not?

ETA: It looks like the throttle body style and the shower type above the throttle body effect different RPM ranges and having two obviously can flow twice the amount of fuel.

Is there a way in Woolich to see what the duty cycle is of each injector?

Some interesting stuff here if you like to get into the weeds for this type of thing.

The duty cycle, not in Woolich, as you can see above I can select values = time open, % Trim = compared to stock, Value Trim = how much has been added or subtracted compared to stock. I am just letting the Autotune do it's thing and loving the results!

Woolich will be my tune setup for sure.

When they are seperate, how does the software know where to apply the fuel? Or is that up to you?
The Woolich software has it's own Target AFR maps (or you can make you own targets) and the data you collect when you ride goes through the wideband O2 sensor to give you your current AFR readings and then it is up to you whether to change the map 1%, 5%, 10% at a time and then ride it again and get fresh data. Usually I do 5 separate autotunes at 10%, then 2 at 5% on the ZX-10R but on my Yamaha R1M it likes just 3 autotunes at 10% and it is flying.

Just an update regarding CEL following removal of exhaust servo. I received my Euro5 to OBD2 adapter cable today, and was able to access the ECU using a standard eBay spec Bluetooth ELM327 and Torque Pro on Android (I'm assuming the free Torque would also work fine). It picked up the code P048D, and cleared it. No more CEL on the dash! Total cost was (AUD) $35 for the cable, $15 for the ELM327, and $5 for Torque Pro (or just grab the free version). I already had the ELM327and Torque Pro....so $35 solved the problem, and I can now access the ECU at will (and set up Torque Pro custom displays on my phone for live data).
