Bad radiator cap?

Hi Everyone,

I have a 23 V4 Panigale base with 172 miles on it. I was noticing my coolant overflow was above the normal range fully cold. When I opened the radiator cap (fully cold) it was under pressure and squirted coolant. I topped it off, and adjusted the overflow but didn't touch the bike otherwise. I came back a couple days later (today) and it did the same thing. It is warmer in the garage today and overflow is at the same position. Bad cap? I can't think of anything else.

Let me know your thoughts. Seems crazy for a new bike.

Enough to piss me off and make a small puddle on the floor. My guess is the cap vent isn’t working.

Graves makes a 2.0 bar cap, I think factory is 1.8. The harder spring/higher pressure allows the water to remain fluid longer before boiling
