Most insurance companies won't allow a frame repair, but rather insist on replacement. Most shops won't repair a frame because of the liability.

Went down a month ago because an idiot that was stopped in a left hand turn lane decided to do an instant lane change to go straight... I just happened to be in that lane. Had nowhere to go... was actually very shocked how fast he changed lanes. Bounced of the passenger front fender and off the curb. That was the last thing I remember before waking up being questioned by a paramedic. Took a week before my brain was fully functioning.

The bike actually made out pretty amazingly. It went airborne, did a 180 degree turn and landed half in the dirt and half on the curb. Only had to replace the side fairing, nose fairing, and repair the tank. Nose fairing was damaged from my boot catching the bolt on the windscreen as I flew over the front of the bike. Must have been amazing to watch. Cost $2150 total. Am very amazed at the durability of these bikes.

Already heard back from my email to AGV Sport USA. They've requested the jacket back for analysis, and are sending me a call tag to ship it back to them at their cost. I'll be posting an update to all of the reviews that got a manufacturer response. I'll update here as things move forward and I finish the last couple of reviews. Amazed at the amount of traffic and response I've had on this series. Hope some of you are finding it helpful!

hope that other forum copies this one in layout and when, for e.g., hitting the home button like here it displays all active recent threads -- that's an important feature..

We do have one "mystery guest", that said he changed his handle to join - the OF has chat boxes and conversations, they are like a thread that is private
