Glad to see all worked out.
I advised Lyle to get on this thread asap and respond as to what happened so that not only the OP could understand, but the members who saw the negative connotation on Belli as well. Very happy that things were clarified - for the most part! :)
 
I would only add that if they had been more informative that the warehouse/shipping was not in their hands and they had no direct control, it would have helped your understanding in the first place. A lot of vendors advertise products they do not stock, and it is helpful to display that info on the web site, i.e. like Amazon and others do.
 
Judging from the outcome, my confidence in ordering from BellissiMoto is high. This was a stand up response from a vendor. Mistakes happen...how they are resolved is what makes the difference.

Have to agree on this. The problem I had with them (Bellissimoto), once, was ordering and not getting the parts for about 2 months as they did not have stock. Now with any vendor I send an email to check if they actually have the goods.
 
Well I finally decided to add a slipper clutch and Ducabike clear cover to my 899 and tried to call the number on the site... disconnected or no longer in service.

Since the Yoyodyne and mag case were already on order, I wanted to make sure this was going to be processed as soon as possible. Especially since it could take several days to ship from Italy before getting sent to me.

I reached out to Gunny Fitz to see if he knew an alternate number to try and emailed the info address on the website. Gunny replied back almost instantly and was more than willing to help me out. He offered to take my order to them and make sure that it was taken care of. However, around the same time, I received a response from Jav at Bellissimoto that their phones were wonky and that he would call me instead. I placed the order on Tuesday, received a tracking number later that afternoon and received the package Friday.

THAT is what I call great service!
 
I order from BellissiMoto all the time. I get replies by e-mail not only about the order but about my bike and riding. They are enthusiast and a great business to deal with.
