Pretty much did all I feel like doing on the first 1299. Started bike # 2. Its going to be a bit more advanced. Full MM electronics and were doing a Titanium trellis frame like the Pierobon except just the front triangle. Bodywork is all carbon except it will have more of a Desmo nose with the single air intake that will feed a carbon airbox. More pics to follow. For now, new Brembo EVO line and Modified FGR 300s. New EVO calipers are beautiful. The new lever is a 19x17 that is specific to the EVO system. Calipers use 30x34 pistons.

RD16, I'm dedicating this build to you as you were partially instrumental in motivating me to get off my ... and finally build something decent. Additionally I had the opportunity to sit down with someone from DNA and I'm fairly confident the big twin will be around for a bit otherwise I would have waited for a new platform.

Or a total disaster. Could go either way. It's not going tobe short on tech. It again is more for R&D for some future things I want to do to bring "works" bike tech to people at a relatively affordable price.

No idea. I like the OZ but when the time comes, who knows. Not opposed to anything that makes sense

I think the M7R Marchesini would look killer. Give it that GP look since the bike is gonna be balls out anyway. Man this thing is gonna be a monster.

Edit - I guess this wheel isn't available for single sided swingarms anyway. Would explain why I've never seen these wheels on a SSS.

They are available to teams only or anyone with the right phone # and $$.

Yes I agree. I think they are the best looking wheels out there. Wish BST did something like that for the Panigale.

Endo, I highly doubt that if you're building the bike it'll be a total disaster. Either way I can't wait to see what you have lined up.

As far as those wheels go don't you have the right phone #'s and $$?

Maybe. My partner in a venture I am putting together is very well known in the industry (and to everyone here) and has the ability to get about anything. He recently returned from Italy with some very nice options for parts. That being said I believe those wheels are in very short supply and I think there are some politics involved. Brembo owns Marchesini so you can go from there. Chaz was using the OZ wheels throughout most of the season. The first time I saw the March wheels was when they were swapping rain tires. I love the wheels but they would probably be crazy expensive and they do weigh more that the OZs and I really do like the OZs. I'm hoping for something new in CF in 2017.

Are you planning on racing it, or is it a project bike. Either way I can't wait to see more pics.

hey Endodoc, i was actually thinking of getting the Brembo Evo myself, do you know if they are a big upgrade from the M50, i already have upgraded rotors, pads and master.

And congrats on the build, i'm sure it will be great.
