Can anyone help and tell me what size they are

2014 899 stock master and calipers.
I just removed the ABS lines and ordered Core moto lines with a TLine for the front and I want to add new titanium bleed nipples

Single banjo with bleeder for both front calipers
Bleed nipple for front master
Bleed nipple for rear caliper

I thought all of them were m10x1.0 thread

But some websites list them as m8x1.25 thread

I went ahead and removed the abs pump I figured if I messed up I’ll punish myself on buying the BSD module!
Took it aparta and I cut a small piece of Carbon fiber
Put silicone to seal it and I just sell a whole on the sheet to attach it with one bolt
Not super pretty but as long as it works

Pretty sure this is at least 2.5lb if not more
I don’t have a scale

Dirty but will work now you can remove the oil cooler its another 3 pounds and doesn't do anything.

Lol
Im very inpatient, if it works I might do it again eventually and take more time to make it cleaner

Hmm never heard of removing the oil cooler
I will look into it

Yeah I had bunch of them machined few years back dont think have any leftover sold last one recently.

Bolt a foot long alum thing to the side of yer motor and stand there holding a tiny pc of plastic and a couple screws talking about weight...

Ok

Lol

Haha sorry about that [emoji23]
I just bought the bike, and it came with that foot long thing lol
I Plan to remove it
Ok

And what I meant is add that piece of plastic and screews to the pump, and all the brake lines I removed.

I haven’t removed it yet because the previous owner put it on and this sliders use different bolts (longer)
i don’t have the stock bolts to put back on
That’s why i haven’t remove that ....

The oil passage ports on the case and my delete plates are 10mm. The chiller does not pump anything the oil/water just passes through it. Horrible design from the factory.

How big are the oil passages in that plate Mick?

And which pump is the heat exchanger on originally

Yes I had run off about a dozen of them couple years ago but just checked dont have anymore left and won't be making anymore.

I see
How does it work, I can not figure it out by the picture
Is there’s something out here that works just like yours ?
