I bought a 2021 Panigale that has approximately 1250 miles on it. The story is that the original owner did a track day on it and low sided it. He had it repaired and used the head light and taillight delete parts, I bought the bike to track day with, and had a bad day with it, had an air pocket in the front brakes and at speed had massive brake fade, that was an easy fix. I also had an experience with getting stuck on the rev limiter until i was almost stopped. this was my 5th track day this year but the first on the Ducati. I currently have all the lights back on it except the head light which i am having trouble finding. The problem I have is that while my blinkers work my taillights or break lights do not. I'm wondering if these lights don't work because of the missing head light. Any thoughts.

It seems more likely the brake and tail lights are unplugged. It common if you're tracking the bike to unplug it and insert a terminator plug so you don't get an error code.

The plug for the headlight is under the nose section on the top of the headlight. I don't know from your post if you can't find the headlight itself as in its missing, or the plug for it.
