Brake lever free play

Hey guys, looking for some suggestions or ideas on how to get my lever firm right from the start.

RCS 17 Corsa Corta
Stainless Spiegler Non Abs Lines
Brand New Fluid

I have vacuum bled, I have reverse bled, I have crack the banjo while squeeze the lever, I’m not getting any air bubbles in the fluid. Thoughts?
 
I've never worked with the RCS cylinders but, do they have the small part which connects the lever to the pressure point on the cylinders which looks like a cylinder with a nub projecting off of it? If it does, you should be able to adjust the nub part to extend further and eliminate the free play.
