My Triumph has warped rotors causing a pulse through the front end.
One is out by 5/1000ths, the other is out by 10/1000ths. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it feels horribly off. :(
Can warped rotors be machined true?
If so, can anyone recommend service providers?

That would depend on a few things..

What is the minimum thickness that the rotors can safely operate at?

If it's warped is it just in one place? If not technically you would be making it very unbalanced and weaker by doing it.

It would probably be cheaper to buy new rotors.

Normally you would stress relief it by a controlled heating and cooling process. Then you would put it on a surface grinder and grind flat and parallel. This process is not cheap. I would also recommend just buying a new set.

Ya; that process sounds labourious, and thus, expensive.
Thanks for the insight.

I would have thought the run out would be more than that . hows the tire? I'd contemplate getting the front wheel re balanced .

As far as I know mc rotors cannot be turned . not enough material .

Mee too. I am getting a new tire on and will see; but, the pulse has been there for a while, and became significant recently. (Thanks for the suggestion.)
I checked the calipers and the pistons operate freely.

+1 On the rebalancing first

Machining the rotors would then mean less 'meat', heating up quicker, new pads.......... blah, blah, blah

I know you're talking really small tolerances, but personally, I wouldn't chance it. Just get new or uprate them

works good on car rotors (more meat) and not so good on bike rotors as mentioned above.
