Has anyone got suggestions for the carbon exhaust cover that sits under the seat, I have heard horror stories of some that require cutting to fit, and others that fit poorly.?

Are you referring to a carbon belly pan like on the AR design, so you don't see the muffler?
 
I am sure the CF replacement for the metal one that comes with it. I got this best bargain one off of ebay, but some claim the DP and others are better quality.
