People love to dump in China but I grew up with "jap crap' now made in Japan is synonymous with high quality. Spoke to a guy the other day who runs a machine shop that supplies aerospace and rocket components which is an extremely niche world. He gets his certified steel from China because the quality is excellent but he said in his field that the price difference between high end components manufactured there or locally is not huge. The message was you get what you pay for.

Right, but the problem with direct sourced Chinese goods is you have no reference for what you’re getting. You are buying to a price point for sure, but with some thing QC matters more. I’d bet an aerospace company has a lot of QCs in place for raw materials. I don’t have the means to QC Chinese carbon wheels outside of a visual inspection.

should check out RPMCarbon. They have a few different weeves, matt and gloss

Go with FullSix carbon fiber..….EVERY TIME. Look nowhere else! Their products are top notch and fitment is spot on. You can choose between gloss, matte, raw….etc…..plain, twill, etc.

mmmh, they are pretty limited. Not sure they have anything to offer on diavel that's not worth going somewhere else.

purchased the stamped carbon from RPM carbon. Thought pattern was pretty nice, getting a rear hugger as well in mat. Something different then the normal weeve pattern

I’ve purchased a number of carbon body panels and such for a few of my cycles from RPM Carbon, stuff is pretty good quality and reasonably priced. Specifically, I recently replaced all body work on a 2024 R1 with gloss twill carbon and looks great and all pieces fit spot on, no modification. Would recommend anyone looking for carbon to check them out.

I have purchase a few carbon bits from RPM Carbon and have no complaints. Takes about 2 weeks shipping to the states.
