I like it; the front fender is very interesting. I like how they integrated the cooling duct into the piece. Lot's of cues from the MotoGP aero package.

Is this something a mere mortal can even buy?

Allegedly. Just released a few days ago. But looks like quality carbon work. Unclear what it takes to fit it
