Are these also used as something to put a leg up against while making a turn on one way or another.?? Do they have stickiness enough to hold up one leg as you put pressure up on it?

Changed a bit. Actually confused myself too man. Lol

This is for crash protection so you don't damage your tank. They don't come off in a crab unless you install it wrong
