Carbon2Race Slovenia

Anyone know anything about this company? I've paid a swingarm cover (nearly 3 months ago). First i get a tracking number and nothing arrives. Yet he want too sell more,like trackday fairings. Seems like all broken promises and fake company.

How did you pay them?? Owners name is Bruno Stravs..and he doesnt seem to have much of a reputation either way...why did you pick this company???

Nearly all the carbon on my bike comes from them and I have never had a problem with Bruno or his company. Give me the detail and I will ask Bruno what is happening.

I have contacted the guy on FB... he has written back asking for more details...

Thanks Claymore. Ordered this part 3/12 - 14 and paid. No parcel arrives. Its lost they said. A new package promised with some "extra" bits as thanks for waiting. But i still get nothing. Now this guy Luca is pissed because i give bad comercial and should be happy having a keylock cover for extra. But when hes sending this is written in the stars..
The swingarm guard isnt really that important now either as the swingarm got scrubbed on a foreign trackday,but i still paid it and thats what pisses me off.

Zelnik if the parcels were send via the postal services (with tracking number) the postal services should tell you where the package is at? It can not just "get lost".
Perhaps you should pay more and have the packages couriered. I can not see how you can hold Carbon2Race liable for the postal services balls up.

It does surprise me all the time how quick people send money out to shops that they have no feedback of................

I agree..and it seems this customer has had issues.... But I'm not here to judge...

Luka from Carbon2Race says it was the courier service that lost the package and took two months to give feedback.
Zelnick could not provide me with the tracking number that I could check myself.
I was assured by Luka they would send a new package with something extra. Zelnick have you received anything yet?

My apologies for not coming back earlier, but I was running around like crazy.

just found this thread. Have you received all of the parts yet that were ordered?

I am now waiting for 3 months for a set of rsv4 fairings to come and communication with Bruno is extremely hard. He hardly responds to emails and when he does there is never a fixed shipping date. I will be trying to call them today to have a proper conversation but i was just wondering if the original situation has been resolved and the parts shipped?

Well I know someone that lives in the same city as them so I will be asking him to go over there for a chat. These guys don't realize I go to Europe all the time so going to see the personally is not out of the question either!

ok guys bit of an update for the interested parties...

I just been told by paypal that i will be refunded the full amount. I filed a claim about a week ago and it will be ruled in my favor as they couldnt provide a tracking number.

My advice would be for anyone stung by these guys, and if you paid with pay pal to hit them up with a claim.

Bruno finally contacted me and asked me to extend the dead line by a week on the paypal settlement however i feel like i am pretty much over it and after having so many promises broken i dont trust that i will get the right items shipped anyway. Its a pity, because it would have been nice to get those custom painted fairings but thats life.

got another set of carbon fairings on the way as it stands so ill just paint/sticker them myself.
