That's the only racer I know who has been handed more golden gloves and still ....... the whole way. Dude is a machine and can ride but his personality and attitude is crap.
Imagine what Honda would have done if he was over there at that time.

I think his view is typical naivety. Special enough to think he's special, but failed to adequately, communicate his concerns and problems.

I recently read an.article and it must have beenban excerpt from this book or something. But it was along the lines of him saying he was afraid of all the attention. Didn't like all the people around him. Even his first race he cried on the starting line cause everyone was looking at him. It was a very different view of him. Was home schooled and some other things that led to his reluctance of the attention. Thst he was only truly safe from it with his helmet on. Where he was really free from it and could be himself. And you know I can relate to that.

I think you misread what I wrote.
(Imagine what Honda would have done if he was over there at that time.)
Meaning the time of his illness and to walk away mid season.

Prob handed him a wakizashi and said, "you know what to do". :)

And you know that Pedrosa would have eagerly volunteered to be his kaishakunin in the ritual seppuku - you know, the attendant who decapitates the one committing seppuku to ensure his "dignified" suicide.

That would have left him without a seat tester, but I think Spies might be available.

I really wish Stoner would just go away...

Highly unlikely now. He failed miserably at car racing, and is probably just now realizing that he doesn't have all that much money socked away to live the rest of his life like he is now.

I do enjoy his sheer talent, and it honestly would be interesting to see him as Marquez's teammate on the best bikes in the paddock. It would suck for racing because it would just be the two them 10 seconds or more in front of everybody else though.
