Charcoal canister delete

What’s the big deal with deleting the evap system. What do you gain by deleting it and will it throw a check engine light?

It can cause problems with starting when the bike is warm. I'm not sure if it's because it doesn't function well after being saturated with gasoline (which only takes a few fill-ups to the top + sloshing around) or because the purge system attempts to use overflow fuel/fumes in the canister on startup. That's why plugging the purge valve line is so important, don't want it pulling outside ........ into your motor.

I removed mine an I have a slip on with an upmap and it definitely pops less out the exhaust on shifts
