So today I downloaded my bike from my little trailer. I always keep it in first and feather the clutch to keep it slow coming down. One thing I noticed when bringing it down was that it was extra tough. I had to add a little force to make it go down.

Clutch was pulled in all the way and it was difficult. Never experienced that before. When I went to push it in the garage after I had the clutch in and I physically couldn't move it. Not without putting up a struggle I didn't want to do so I put it in neutral. I've gotten resistance before on previous bikes but nothing where I had to put it in N. Think I may have an issue? The bike was cold.

I'm starting to wonder if it's linked to my quick shift and autoblip issues here 1299 - Quick Shift/Auto-blip Issue - Ducati Forum

Some people need to bleed the clutch reasonably regularly because there is a problem with the slave cylinder on some bikes. Does the lever need to be pulled in more than normal to disengage the clutch?

Cheers

I had it bottomed out against the clip on but I suppose I could adjust it outwards more and try it. I will do it next time, and maybe upgrade the slave in the future.

+1 Bleed the clutch.

I’ve been stationary on mine with the clutch lever in all the way and the bike was trying to pull forward. Bled it, no more problems.

I would also be inclined to use the brakes personally, but each to their own

Brake is hard to reach the way I download it so I opt for the clutch. I’ll get to bleeding the slave and master and go from there. Thanks for all the inputs!
