Competition Werkes Fender eliminator

Awesome, I love the look. I am not a huge fan of their exhaust systems but CW always does nice fender eliminators, much better and a cleaner look than companies charging more than double the price. They also include the little plate light and signals, icing on the cake. Just placed my order.

I just recieved mine today and im a little confused on how the lights mount. Any way someone might be able to walk me through the signals at least? Cause i dont understand how they mount.

You're going to have to take the whole tail apart. The tubes are something like 3 pieces and the turn signals hook up between the final end piece and the tube that mates with it. There is a tab that it sits between as well as some double-sided tape that it sticks to the top of the tube. It's pretty straight-forward once you get it all apart.

Those of you that have mounted the plate close to the exhaust are you getting any stone chips on the under side of the tail? Txs.

Just ordered mine. LTD version. Just having the LED indicators in the tail is more than enough reason and the license plate is great. Want a great view of that tail without any obstruction.

Thanks for pointing me to this thread Gulf Coast.

hey buddy im waiting a little to get the integrated turn signals should be about a month. I see you bought the ltd one. Question do you have a full system? if you do does it fit with the bigger header. Question 2 do you have back pegs installed? if so does it mount with the pegs. Question 3 do you have both on at same time if so does it fit. might have to go with the std instead of the ltd. it does have a light on it for the person who asked

I want the LTD version badly but will hold off until they have integrated lights although you see another member is about to offer up a plug and play version so could maybe do a combo?! I'd probably get the adapter thing so I could change from LTD to STD as I have a feeling the cops might not like the LTD version?? And as mention a couple of posts ago I'm also wondering about stone chips? My exhaust guard (standard with Termi slip ons) is getting stone chips already and I currently have the EvoTech eliminator on? Don't want to destroy the tail of the bike looking like its been hit with a shotgun!!!

I'm going to offer a combo deal with the CW FE kit and my integrated tail Light just fyi.

For the record, i mounted mine a little closer to the edge of the tailight. Makes it almost look like its integrated, although it is a little dark. Also, the license plate bracket sucks balls to bolt in

Hi guys this is my first post, just bought my 2012 Panigale, after riding ZX10R's since 2004, so big jump for me.... Anyways has anybody mounted the CW LTD eliminator with the new "larger" Termi full system heat shield? If so does it all fit/clear everything? Cheers

The turn signals are useless, totally invisible in daylight. Been making hand signals all year.

The integrated taillight is a wee bit better.

Safety third!

That's what I've heard of the CW kit which is why I'm leaning towards the NRC kit.

yup i second that since i just put them on over the weekend.. they look really good but during the day you just dont see them

Did you get the chaper fender eliminator or the more expensive replacment tail light with intigreated signals. I have seen the newer verison and quite brite if you chose the corect color.

I had the red version on my bike with the integrated turn signals and they were almost as bright as OEM, the turn signals did still flash amber so it had the stock look but with the turn signals still build in.

I am told based on customer feedback that the red version is the brightest followed by the clear in 2nd place. We have all 3 version and to be honest with you, we don't sell more of one then they other, it's all a matter of what look you are after and what you prefer.

I see you have the red one, definitely the one I would go with. But it says it is for a PANIGLAE - what exactly is that? Oh, and I think $1 million is a bit steep for the Akra. :D

Looks great man - Over here in OZ we have very strict laws on number plate/signals etc, a mate of mine got defected with the Ducati tail tidy?!?! Cops here are just arses - I have opted not to go the tidy but just remove the ugly guard instead - given I will have the full Termi system on the bike I dont want anymore unwanted attention from the boys in blue. Yours Looks awesome though.
