Hello all
I just received my bike (Multistrada v4) and trying to connect my equipment.
So : I did pair phone (Samsung S21 ) and headphones( Samsung galaxy buds pro) and then connected to app (Ducati connect).
Looks all ok apart from the headphone on the screen that is in "Grey"
So I can hear the guiding instructions from Sygic, I can hear the phone ringing but when I respond to the call I can not hear at all.
What is wrong with my connection ???
Any idea?

Not sure about those buds but mine works with cardo packtalk bold and Sena srl2. It seems to not work with all headsets. It doesn't work with a cardo freecomm 1. Samsung Galaxy S10 and pixel 6 pro work with the above mentioned headsets

Thanks for the reply ...
The Samsung buds are not dedicated to helmets for sure but I was trying to see a workaround to work with bike and phone

you bet. documentation is pretty sparse. i had the freecomm 1 in use when i first got the MMS. as I recall, it seemed to pair ok, but no sound would come through. probably some type of bluetooth protocol stuff that i'll never understand. i got the cardo packtalk bold because there seems to be a ducati branded version out there that's supposedly 'certified' to work or something like that. this guy should work for you: PACKTALK BOLD. i hate to offer help that involves throwing more money at it, but that's all I got for ya ;)

the sena srl2 is integrated with the shoei gt air 2. i just got that helmet and added the sena kit. pretty slick, works fine, but the battery life seems a bit worse than that of the cardo

In Panigale's, you pair you buds/helmet to bike and your phone to bike. Not working if buds/helmet is paired to phone.
Delete all pairing and do it properly.

Thanks guys
I will try again jrkk's solution (are you talking for Samsung galaxy buds correct ???) and if not i will go to the packtal or sena solution...

yep, jrkk is quite right about that. it's been a while since i looked at the instructions, but i do recall not being clear on 'what pairs to what'. the mms is a bluetooth 'hub' of sorts. pair your headset or buds to it, pair your phone to it, but don't pair your phone to your headset or buds.

if your buds still don't work, i'd give up and say that they're 'unsupported'
