definitely more than a couple mm as I said earlier but it’s nice and tight to the handlebar. Same feel as The stock levers on my 1299

I have crg levers and the clutch switch triggers before the clutch starts to grab, so definitely not near full release.
i had to slightly bend the contact on the switch to get it to look like ducati kev's pictures . i have the crg carbon fiber levers on mine. they have a weird set up on the clutch contact

I’m late to the party but I’m running a streetfighter v4 full bolt on and tuned. I had my dealer reset my throttle blades “i put in throttle spacers” and i had heard they can cause issues on cold starts if you DONT reset the TBs. No big deal and boy night & day difference btw. However it disabled my two cylinder mode on the bike but damn it’s so much easier to leave from lights and sounds so much better. Damn shame they DONT have it an option in the menus

I promise, any indication that the bike takes off from lights and whatnot better is all in your head. It has nothing to do with the cylinder activation. As stated before in this thread, the bike reactivates all cylinders at even the slightest inkling of clutch engagement. It also turns it off at even the slightest twist of the throttle. The only noticable difference the cylinder deactivation produces is sound and seat temps, it has zero effect on performance in any situation.
