They tried to charge me $95 for the update that came out last Nov'12...when I pointed out that is was a free warranty item they sighed and begrudgingly agreed but said it needed to be test ridden afterwards and said that costs $45... what I said to them isn't to be repeated on here....
 
Interesting....Eurosport told me it was $75 to the new update on my 'R'.


It's my first Ducati so I didn't know to argue the point. Are you sure it's a warranty item?
 
and when did whether a dealer treated you as a special friend dictate whether they were a good dealer for service (or sale). . . Things that shouldn't matter. . ..
