Mid week, on several occasions I searched for upcoming motorcycle racing and the first show that appeared on the search was a one am broadcast of the Indy MotoGP. Last night surfing around I found the Indy Qualifying was being shown 7:30 to 8:30....at 8:15 so I missed all but the last couple of minutes. I checked the search menu, and it wasn't listed even though it was running at the time. This morning I checked and starting at 9:00 am all three GP races are now being shown, although not listed last night! This isn't the first time that Speed Channel hasn't listed and/or broadcast races. Last week, without explanation, they failed to broadcast the second WSBK at Silverstone. I'm sick of missing races because the jackasses at Speed Channel can't manage to keep schedules accurate.

hmm. my DVR was set to record yesterday. it records all new MOTOGP events, noticed it was set to record earlier in the day. may just be comcast. Cox cable did okay.

As a Welshman living in the USA my sporting preferences are quite different from your average Comcast/DirecTV subscriber. But what you describe is a never ending frustration to me. I spend stupid amounts of money to get Speed TV and a channel that shows the rugby. The rugby drives me wild as either they dont tell you when it's on or they switch to PPV at the crucial games. And to watch a 40 min GP race where you see none of the build up, miss ALL the crucial action as we go to a damn commercial again and then as soon as the winner crosses the line the program ends is maddening!!!!! I subscribe to MotoGP.com and watch every FP, QP and race through the iPad and Apple TV. Of course the guys in the UK get it all for "free" anyway!!!!
Sorry rant over!!!

Completely agree , the motogp.com coverage and commentary is much better than on speed
