Owing to delays in device development, your bike was not equipped with the Ducati Data Analyzer + kit at the time of delivery. We apologise for this inconvenience yet are pleased to confirm that your Dealer will contact you as soon as the kit becomes available to make arrangements for its assembly and installation free of charge.
Soon you ´ll be receiving a letter signed by our CEO, welcoming you to the Ducati world, together with your Ducati Card. This is your official Ducatista ID and it contains your personal details together with those of your bike.
In the meantime you can obtain all the necessary information and start living your Ducati experience to the full by downloading the printable version of your Ducati Card - just click here.

We are pleased to hear of your recently purchased 1199 Panigale Tricolore. At this point, the kit is not available to be shipped until June 25th, 2012. The DDA/GPS kit will be delivered to your dealership soon after. We've spoken with Ducati New Rochelle and they have assured us that they have a new address for their future use. We would advise you to keep in touch with your dealer for updates.
