I’m sure this can be done but I’m wondering if it’ll be worthwhile.

Cutting up a titanium box and re-welding might be expensive?

I love the look of my exhaust but it’s a tad too quiet.

Any thoughts are welcome…

I think @Phl here does that. He's in the US though. He may have some info.
WTF is that crazy place where you live? I can't stop looking at the background. I have to come see it soon.

I know @Phl does good work on the stock exhaust but the Akra might be different to work on... idk.

Lusail, Qatar is where I live... Those towers get a lot of attention, they're the Katara Towers Lusail. On one side is the Raffles Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel is on the other. Located on the Lusail Marina, this is the view from the Acoustic Music Penthouse atop the Raffles...

thanks for the mentions.

i have worked ont he pre-V4 ti-Akras, however never had a V4 akra on the surgery table. i'd highly assume the internals to be somewhat identical to the stock cans, but it would take some experimenting. the lack of a cover over all the sides would leave an exposed weld for sure. also the outlet covers i designed for the V4 stock cans wouldn't fit.
one major aspect of the sound would be to get rid of the outlets which are basically welded-in dB-killers.

I’ll have a look and see how complicated it would be to remove the outlets. I think the little CF covers can be unscrewed, that might help to get a visual of what would be involved.

Thanks
