So I decided I will get either Austing Racing (AR ) exhaust or the Termignoni for my Hyper 950.

Here is AR I like :
Here are the awesome Termi's : Termignoni Slip-on Exhaust: Ducati Hypermotard 950/SP

I'm not sure on final choice, I'm stuck thinking about So What I'm thinking:

AR, configurable looks (like color, finish, etc), if you just get slipons, not dedcat, sound very cool, louder than stock; without de-cat, no performance gain, just sound. If you use de-cat, you increase hp a bit, but also this becomes obnoxiously loud, annoying everyone around, neighbors, and attracting coppers. On the other hand,

Termi's also look really awesome if not better. But the slip-ons alone, with no de-cat sound as loud as stock (based on you tube videos ..) pipes, so you don't hear difference much. Thiis is disappointing but they come with removable bufflers, so you would remote those db killers and some more loudness. However, if you de-cat the pipe - with a de-cat pipe like Arrow , Termi's seem don't make one - then it becomes louder, and , even if you keep the bufflers / db-killers inside Termis you still get more sound dude to decat .
So you get more performance and more sound then.

Termignoni thus seem like better option, and you can also buy T800 UpMap , to program special map for the Termi's pipe with decat.
Overall it seems Termis' are better option , but they also much more pricey, which is a factor.

Also, found a video of this guy who has/had AR Racing slip-ons with a de-cat kit, but quite clearly says it was waay too loud, esp. on long trip so he swapped for
Termis'.

I'm wondering what others think ... And perhaps recommendation / pro, against these 2 choices.

Love the guy in the AR vid: “Sound quality sucks - here lemme close the garage door and show you what it really sounds like”

Guy in second vid is even more ........

I suggest sc projects s1

Won’t be crt loud but at least you will be able to hear exhaust tone over all them plastic gears : )

What plastic gears? I thought you just did your thing in the V4 and other superbike crowd? You have a hyper too or are you just popping up to push the Don14r experience here as well?

You asked what exhaust WE thought you should get

Yes I owned a 11° Testastretta powered Ducati before

It was 1198cc and did not come with plain main bearings or variable valve timing or have to comply w euro 5

But it still had plastic gears - just like yers does...

Sc project s1 was my suggestion before you got all defensive and still is

Please point to the plastic gears in my Hypermotard 11° Testastratta motor. Are you talking about the oil pump gear(singular) that they started using late 2015 when they started casting the oil pump Into the engine case?

Ofcourse I'm defensive. I see what you are doing everywhere else. I respect your opinion on exhaust but the sideways comment of "over all them plastic gears" turns your comment into a tongue in cheek comment.

My point was that both those exhaust’s are so quiet the only engine tone I could hear are the gears inside of it

I like to hear exhaust tone but for touring i know it can get annoying

Have fun : )

Hey,
It was _me_ who asked, I think you made a mistake :)

Yea i seen SC vids too; personally, I don't like the shape/form design of SC, so I didn't consider them so far.
Much like the AR & Termi's shape.
However, they SC do sound (at least in one youtube video I seen) quite nice.

Hmmmm,

I wonder, if all Termi's have removable baffles ...
