So I decided I will get either Austing Racing (AR ) exhaust or the Termignoni for my Hyper 950.
Here is AR I like :
Here are the awesome Termi's : Termignoni Slip-on Exhaust: Ducati Hypermotard 950/SP
I'm not sure on final choice, I'm stuck thinking about So What I'm thinking:
AR, configurable looks (like color, finish, etc), if you just get slipons, not dedcat, sound very cool, louder than stock; without de-cat, no performance gain, just sound. If you use de-cat, you increase hp a bit, but also this becomes obnoxiously loud, annoying everyone around, neighbors, and attracting coppers. On the other hand,
Termi's also look really awesome if not better. But the slip-ons alone, with no de-cat sound as loud as stock (based on you tube videos ..) pipes, so you don't hear difference much. Thiis is disappointing but they come with removable bufflers, so you would remote those db killers and some more loudness. However, if you de-cat the pipe - with a de-cat pipe like Arrow , Termi's seem don't make one - then it becomes louder, and , even if you keep the bufflers / db-killers inside Termis you still get more sound dude to decat .
So you get more performance and more sound then.
Termignoni thus seem like better option, and you can also buy T800 UpMap , to program special map for the Termi's pipe with decat.
Overall it seems Termis' are better option , but they also much more pricey, which is a factor.
Also, found a video of this guy who has/had AR Racing slip-ons with a de-cat kit, but quite clearly says it was waay too loud, esp. on long trip so he swapped for
Termis'.
I'm wondering what others think ... And perhaps recommendation / pro, against these 2 choices.
