You sure it’s not no 14 on the listing … 6 of them, only 3 shown in the picture.

It’s not 16, those are small silver screws with coarse threads.
The shouldered screw from the blurry picture isn’t shown, but it’s a typical Ducati style, probably M4 or M5.
I wouldn’t bend over backwards to find an exact replacement. You’d be better off to figure out the size by checking the same bolt on the other side and ordering a bag of black stainless ones from Amazon.

No it is not 14 that is in the middle of the bike this is more towards the end where that big hole is in the picture directly under it and in between the “U” shaped bracket on that fairing like part

Measure what you have as to size and depth and make a judgement call. If you are trying hard to find a Ducati OEM part in that exact size, I'm sure there's more than one on the bike. Otherwise hit up Amazon for a black stainless replacement.
