On the breaking in period open throttle wide open not to chug-a chug the throttle doing this could damage your engine, this is the advice that DNA rep told me, work the shift up with throttle open, this would help seal the rings properly, give it load @ high rev. I told him "I brought it up @ 106 mph in 6 gear since I didn't wanna go higher than 6k rpm".. he rolled eyes @ me. lol and said " this is a sports bike-o- race bike its meant to be ridding hard, just don't leave it in a high rev very long to be broken in and about 106 mph that should've being in 4th gear"... ok 1st service done now no restriction.

that's what I asked what he meant by that and he replied that that is when your opening the throttle undecided and you make the bike stall rather you open the throttle wide.

Great, that didn't workout well for me...

I opened the throttle "Wide Open", not to "chug-a Chug my motor and shifted up ( in my case shifted down, reverse shifting ) and my bike flipped over crashing into a cop car. I had to call an attorney, my insurance and a tow truck.

Thanks for the advise.

Sure you did.. you know what I meant open the throttle up 6k and shift up.

What the hell are you saying man? Is everyone else just as confused as I am?

Being British, I apologise for not understanding the OP. it reminds me of a saying that is along the lines of: America and Great Britain are two countries separated by a common language!

:)

LMAO! As a matter of fact YES!
What I highly agree with him about if how they told him to break that thing in hard and drive it the way it was intended to be ridden, like the true superbike that it is !!!

Keep the engine under load, and not let it lug (or chug) is what I'm getting.:D

I strongly agree, there is no place for chugging beer while riding! why is that so hard to understand?

OK , I deciphered the code. Don't lag your engine , and run each gear to 6k rpm before shifting up. Basically what we all knew already. LOL !
