DP Rearsets help

I think the Gilles units allow GP shift with the standard DQS. At least that's what they advertise.

I'll wait 'till spring though, just took my sled out today and if you think exotic bikes are expensive, get a snowmobile:rolleyes:

I don't think Ducatis nor snowmobiles are expensive, I think Yachts and Planes are expensive ;-)

This will sound like a smart ass answer but check out the newly released Gilles Tooling rearsets. Very adjustable, very pretty. Although I wish the offered them in annodized gold color to match the 1199's cases. Only 2 choices: silver or black.

You got gold cases ? I don,t think there is anything to match the case colour from anyone.

Just a foot-note.....love the rearsets now, really grippy, locks me into the bike. Expensive but look great.

I really recommend the race seat if you want to be locked in. Also the race seat will allow you to use the high peg position which if you have big feet is really worth while on the track. I have the DP rearsets and really enjoy them (fellow big foot here)

Wow this us a really old thread!

I put the race on about a year ago ;)

I find it hard to compare a Duc with any car, regardless of price. In terms of utility comfort and protection, the car wins hands down. In terms of speed and performance for a single person, its leaps and bounds higher than an equivalently priced car. For a bike, the Duc is expensive, especially given if its for hobby use. In this case, its a $30K hobby machine (factoring in accessories and associated wearables)
