DRL on Panigale V4(Canadian model)

Hello,
Anyone here know a dealer in Ontario that is willing to activate the DRL function on the panigale?
I have an '18 V4 S ....I want to be able to turn on or off the drl and just have the parking light(led strips) on.

I turned my DRL off using my OBDStar iScan Ducati when I was prepping for a track day. The icon doesn’t show up on the dash and only the parking light is illuminated now.
