DTC Error after some mods, 2022 S

is it possible that connecting the rear light eliminator plug caused a fuse to blow, nothing else that you did to it should have caused all these errors. .
another possibility is that during subrame change a wire or two was pinched and has shorted to chassis, check all of your wires for pinching and insulation damage
, this would lead to blown fuses or high resistance situations that would causes error codes like Daniel stated

Yes could be!, was thinking that it could perhaps be the wrong plug?, it is called 96510961A.
I also have a rain light kit from Jetprime, but did not try it due to the new rear end.

Ok now I know what happened. You put the small white license plate eliminator plug on the port for the DDA harness which has the CAN bus on it and you are causing issues on the CAN bus. Remove it and try.

No the plug fits in the three delphie contact. Not put anything in the small white plug

Ok. You will need 38610411A as well to have no error for the license plat light in the BBS and no yellow triangle. But at least that is not your issue apparently. Still the problem has to do with the BBS and/or eventually the CAN bus.

did you unplug a wheel speed sensor?

Or as above specifically check the big 25 or 30 amp fuse on the throttle side just in front of the battery amongst a few other fuses in a small black box covered with a rubber like square cap.

So the bike was running ok>you did stuff>bike running bad

Seems that it was something you did, you could plug in the lights etc back in one bit at a time and see if it resolves

All fuses are okay.
Disconnected the dummie plug for rear light.
No difference.
Back at dealer now to check error codes.
Was feeling like an ......., destroying the new bike with some "upgrades"....It is for sure something I did, just cannot figure out what...

No I did not touch any sensors or even cables except the once for lights and the fuel pump. Fuses are ok, also the two bigger.

You need to dump the error codes. If you turned the ignition on and had a communication failure somewhere you'll get repetitive codes. Makes the BBS grumpy.

How about the blinkers?, do they need a dummy connection also?

If the BBS cannot see the ecu (communication failure) the BBS flashes the DTC light on the dash and the bike will not start (obviously). If the ecu is corrupted same thing. The BBS acts just like the body computer in your car needs to see the slave devices.

Starting the Bike is only related to the Dashboard which incorporates the immobilizer and the ECU which controls the starter relay. They talk over CAN bus so if there is an issue on the bus the bike may not start because required permission to start from dashboard may not reach the ECU.

Keep us posted what the dealer finds out with the DDS. It is probably only a very small issue, as usual.

I have a shop manual and the electronics coverage is essentially nonexistent. Maybe there's more documentation somewhere. The GM manuals lead you step by step thru the troubleshooting. I had a similar problem with my car awhile ago and the canbus had an open.

So some codes came out, just got them but not anything done so far then just adding the latest software version with the new cylinder balancing etc.
Injection control unit and BSS was red.

Codes from self diag;
Yellow, BBS P107C and 108C (servo motor exhaust)
Red, BBS C111A Park light
Yellow, BBS U100E DAVC Strategies

Error and red triangle marked was the intake air sensor, and that one was not connected!, not sure if it has been done by my misstake as removing the light or if it has been poorly attached. It will be connected again as soon as there is time in the workshop. ECU P0113.
Thinking of it I have seen the winter warning come on, but was thinking it was due to the very cold weather at some start trials.

The cause of the BBS U100E is probably what you need to find. I couldn't find this in the manual (probably need dds manual and I'm too lazy to get the OBDstar out). My bike cares little about the servo error stuff. Intake air sensor shouldn't stop the start sequence (ecu see's it as bad and should plug in a number to let you get home).
