ChatGPT gave this answer to the BBS U100E error. Can't always trust it, but most of it is correct.
The BBS U100E error on a Ducati refers to a fault in the vehicle's CAN-Bus communication system. This error code indicates that there is a problem with the communication between the vehicle's Body Control Module (BCM) and the Dashboard Control Unit (DCU).

This error code could be caused by a variety of issues, such as a damaged or corroded wiring harness, a faulty BCM or DCU, or a software glitch in the vehicle's system. It is recommended to take your Ducati to a certified mechanic or dealership for proper diagnosis and repair of the issue.
I also found this website that states the reason for error code U0100 as Lost Communication With ECM/PCM A

I’m having a similar issue after putting my Motoholders subframe on, though my bike is running a starting just fine….the only issue I’m having is the orange triangle and the DTC DSC and ABS indicators that tell which setting you are in are flashing, which I think means those functions are working but in ‘degraded mode’

We can’t figure it out, dealership couldn’t either….but so far just seems like an annoyance that’s not actually affecting bike performance.

This happens when the BBS module software is not matched with some settings in the ECU or vice versa. When you key on the bike does it display any racing message like Racing or Racing Pro?

In my case the riding modes are visible. If Steven31371 has the same issue with just the subframe, it feels like it has to do with the rear lights?, is it so simple its the "red coded" park light code?!

The parking light has no impact on the blinking of the DAVC functions. U100E is the problem.

Nice words from the garage!, plugged in the air sensor in intake and reset all codes. Looking better!
Only code left is the park light, and the dummie is ordered.
Idle is still problematic, and that is due to cylinder balancing is needed, this is rather common as I understand. This is adjusted on the throttle intakes with a screw. Will be done next week.
Servo motor error for exhaust is gone, but diagnose says to adjust the wire, but no engine light or so. We think it does not matter at all. Perhaps this is normal with Heeltec adapter.

Great to hear all seems good now.

Update, all software and checks done. Only code left is parking light.
Still very rough idle. Did the throttle balancing as a final attempt after advise from Ducati. It helped a lot when motor was warm. Still rough and stalls from time to time at cold start. It had to be driven 20-30 min to allow the bike to adapt all adjustments. Excellent support from Ducati and dealer so far.
