Here's the beauty of this all... this bike just barely toppled over 3000 mi upon the last time it was in the shop, which was November 2016.

I think I'm going to get rid of it and get another Japanese bike. I guess thank goodness Ducati's look great sitting still, because that seems like what they do a lot of...

Anyone want to buy a 2016 1299 with 3000 mi???
 
This coming from the guy that comes on the board to complain at least once a day. Says he would trade for an R1 "in a heart beat". When offered, changes his mind.

Buyers remorse? I remember you being pretty excited when you picked it up.

I was extremely excited.. i still like it. But it's not an 1199 and I can't ride it the same way I can my 1199.. I've had more seat time on the R1 than I ever had on the duc and I can tell the difference. Hell my wife and kids can..

that is interesting. Not to say Panigale is better or not but because I never ridden the new R1 and interested to know that difference you mentioned.
