Ducati trickle charger question

The LEDs on my charger started blinking when I connect the leads to the bike's socket.. This doesn't happen before. Is the charger faulty or what could be the problem? Appreciate it if somebody could share his experience.. Cheers!
 
Do you have the manual for the charger? That would be the first place I would look. Or, if you don't have the manual, check Youtube.
 
Yes mate, manual said battery could be faulty or loose connection... cant be a coincidence with both my bikes.
 
Maybe trace the charger plug wire on the bike and make sure it's still hooked up to the battery properly. It did that on both bikes?
 
Red blinking means the connections are not connected or some other break in the electrical path. Pull them out and then re-insert firmly. A solid red means it's charging which should eventually turn blinking green and then solid green (fully charged).
