I found the Pani V4 Race Seat to be more comfortable than the stock seat for multiple hour rides. As was the comfort seat.
Another option would be to look into a Luimoto seat cover if you have an upholsterer nearby

I bought a race seat based on the recommendations here and elsewhere over the comfort seat for adding comfort. For some reason the comfort seat is more harsh than the OEM and race seat.

Same experience. I have both race and comfort seats, and for some weird reason the race seat is softer and more comfortable than comfort seat which has pretty stiff foam.
