He guys, I know this has probably been talked about multiple times but I have a 2023 V4S and I've been dropping the DWC as I feel more and more comfortable with the bike coming up. Id like to see if anyone knows if go to setting 1 before its completely off, will the bike automatically cut power & make it come back down after a short period of time like the other settings protecting me from looping? Because my understanding is it will take me to around 10 o'clock but will it eventually bring me back down?

dont rely on wheelie control...if wheelies are your thing (they are mine...) then learn to do them properly and use your throttle hand to keep you near balance point. you can do this sitting down or standing up.

The wheelie control is made for the track man, so you can pin throttle out of turns and not loop the damn thing. It controls rate of rise, or lift up speed...and this is heavily influenced by dips or bumps in the road.... So your results wont be repeatable or consistent with using DWC to improve your wheelies on the street, and its dangerous as hell to boot.

Get some more seat time, turn all the BS nannies off, and do your thing...

DWC set to 1 will let you get to balance point. It just does it smoother and slower than set to 0.

recipe for disaster, do not recommend. depend on that electronic intervention and your gonna get hurt....

Owned the bike for 2 years and 14k miles, done 1000s of wheelies. I think I'll be ok. :)

Are you double clutching to get a wheelie that high with DWC on?

AFAICT the only noticible difference between 1 and 0 is the rate at which the front comes up. Smooth and progressive on 1 vs fast and quick at 0 (like a normal wheelie)
