Is Cal going to be dumped?? Hes been awful... much to my surprise and even bigger disappointment....

I can see why Cal would want to jump ship, but Dovi? Odd decision, if true. Why spend two years developing only to leave when the brand new D16 arrives?

Maybe Suzuki is just throwing cash at him that's too good to ignore.

Perhaps Dovi thinks hes more talented than the bike?? (GP14) if so.. I tend to agree....

^ He is better than the current bike for sure...but next year's bike is completely new. There's really no way for any of the riders to know which will be better: the new Suzuki, or the new Ducati. It's just a bit odd to do all that work only to never ride what you helped create.

Never ending cycle. The new bike will need time to sort.... yada yada yada....

It was his job to help with R&D, so I'm sure he'll not be too emotional ;)

after getting a resounding ‘no’ from Jorge Lorenzo.

I'll believe it once I see if from a credible source. I think it's much more likely that the two Andreas end up on factory Ducati.

Iannone should tell them "I'll take the factory salary, but I am keeping my current bike."

:)

I think he caused AIDS, the recession and the issues in the Gaza Strip too.

nope he only caused no wins in 2 years an increase in the pani by 1000 us dollars and a setback of say 5 years in desmo development. ok ill be nice 3 years.

come on nothing starts a post up like saying something about rossi. some guy in a yellow shirt and socks is going to say hey rossi is the greatest ever or hes top 5 this year. oh yea its a 4 man race.

just found a add to the signature

Rossi said, he still failed to understand how come Casey Stoner was so successful on the Ducati where everyone else failed. "Casey was the only one rider who could be fast with the Ducati," Rossi told reporters.

Now that's an interesting point of view. Does that mean Jorge has Rossi to thank for jumping ship in 2003 with Honda and developing the Yamaha to win the championship in 2004, 2005, 2008, and 2009? MOTOGP is just not Ducati's forte. Casey caught "lighting in a bottle" It's funny how all of these riders are so good, and as soon as they go to Ducati and are not successful all of a sudden they suck, they bad attitudes, they are mental cases, they're whining"¦..and the list goes on and on. If I was one of the top 20 riders in the "WORLD" and have devoted my life to this sport and now I'm on a bike that is 3rd tier (Honda, Yamaha), I will probably have an attitude as well. These guys know only one thing, being competitive and going for the win. I cannot imagine participating in any sporting event and automatically know from the start that I will not be able to realistically compete for the win"¦especially when the entire world is watching!!! I love my Pani, but when it comes to MOTOGP, it's not happening! But for track days, CCS,WERA"¦perfect:D

^ Yeah, it never made sense for Dovi to leave. Iannone is a stud and is doing quite well, all things considered.
