espagaro and iannone to race for Ducati team in 2015

I didn't think Dovi would leave for an unknown, Crazy Joe is a great pick, Crutchlow is in it for the Money, he can't leave yet.

Saturday’s short communique from Ducati Corse reads as follows:
‘Ducati Corse announced today that it has reached an agreement with its factory rider Cal Crutchlow to terminate, ahead of time, the contract that ties the British rider to the Italian team in MotoGP for 2014 and also for next season.

The two factory Ducati Team riders for 2015 will now be Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone.’

The Crutchlow news is very odd considering Ciabatti's WDW announcement.

I would love to see Bradl secured for the open Pramac seat, although offering the new 2015 equipment and factory support would likely be required to make it happen.

Isn't #6 supposed to end up on a Yamaha?

Bradl on the duc would be cool though

It seems he is likely to sign with Forward, although it would be nice to see Audi/Ducati sweep in with an attractive offer.

Again to me... Great news! Bye bye Crutchlow!
You need to love the bike to be great! Not just the money! Bad attitude all season!
I ride my bike on the track... A lot of guys are way faster... But you know what....I love my bike and I don't have anything bad to say about it..." I " need to improve a lot and the bike will go faster... It's all in your mind... If you don't trust the bike...better don't ride it!

Ducati winning or losing... I always will love you!

So... The options for Bradl?
Forward Racing? Pramac? Aprilia? Wait out for Suzuki?

Too bad really. I really think Bradl has better potential on the LCR Honda than Cal ever will have... Good news for Cal though... Even though I ride a Duc myself, I'd take a satelite Honda over a Ducati any day in MotoGP...

There have also been reports of Bradl considering dropping back to Moto2 if he can't secure top equipment. If Ducati offers him this year's bike with factory support, then he should go elsewhere. If, however, Ducati can afford to supply him with the new bike in addition to factory support, then I think he has to seriously consider that option's potential.

Bradl allegedly to Forward Racing Yamaha.... Apparently HRC were interested in Crutchlow for LCR before he signed up with Ducati... but then the Ducati offer swayed him...

Fingers crossed the 2015 machine isn't a dog.

I'm glad Crazy Joe is getting the factory ride, the kid is good, and he is willing to stick his neck out. Him and Dovi will make a good team.

Meanwhile, WSBK has way more diversity of brands and race winners, and is far better racing entertainment to watch. Although Tom Sykes is now running away with the season.

MotoGP sucks as racing spectacle, just like F1 was during the Schumacher era. I still watch it, but pretty much am disappointed after the overwhelming majority of the races.

Now back to regularly scheduled discussion...
