There's a huge difference. I've heard the demo bike with stock pipes and the two dont compare. I'm VERY happy with the full termi race kit. It's possible people aren't comparing the full system against the stock one. I was offered three different levels of system and opted for the full option.
 
Termi's are nice but I'm waiting for the rest of the aftermarket community to catch up... I'm sorry but so such a small pipe the Termi's should be considerably lighter and since they're not using .... for material (they are so damn short - lol) I don't see a $4k value in them...

I may be wrong in the end but I would like to see what Yoshi and more importantly Arka has to offer...
 
Termi slipons with the baffles in will sound like the stock pipe I'd imagine.

at $2,000 for the slip on and $3,500 for the full system before installation, I don't want to compare it.
 
Gutted stock mufflers are, I'm guessing, no different than the Termi slip ons. Just don't gut the cats yourself, the dust will get into your lungs and kill you sooner or later.
 
If the bike doesn't kill you first.

Hi Jonah, couldn't say. The Multi is way too quiet and of course I made the mistake of thinking a Termi end-can would liven things up. Doh - the issue is with the cat. collector box.

I haven't heard the full race kit on the Pani. so I couldn't compare. I would just say that given the norm for stock bikes today - it was way louder than I expected. But just right for the road I would say.

I'll echo the review praise...first road ride impression I've read and been waiting for deposit this weekend, I have to ask though about the heat and the exhaust shape over the hugger. Is it noticably better or worse than sportsbike / ducati 1198's etc.
