Update: Good news and bad news...Bad news first...After a few weeks, my dealer informed me my motorcycle was part of the recent "flywheel recall" affecting a handful of SFV4's in the US.
The good news is, the flywheel in mine was not part of the defective batch of flywheels, and did not need replacing. Thankfully, per Ducati's suggested recall recommendation it was sealed back up and sent on its way.
I had a feeling it was going to be part of the recall, but if it was, I thought this at least would be "best case" scenario. I'm relieved. I believe I take official "delivery" this Friday (fingers crossed).
Thanks again bp_sfv4 and Andy7for all your guys' help, and for some peace of mind while waiting for this news. Very much appreciated!
