Fitting Armour Bodies

So I'm in the process of fitting Armour bodies on my 1199... Top fairing and tail section was a piece of cake! however the side panels require more work... It looks like I'll need to remove the plastic housing for all the wires and ecu etc... Anyone can share any good info on the job? Thanks in advance
 
You shouldn't have to remove the plastic housing for the Armor Bodies to fit. They sort of "go over" those black plastic housings. They will fit; I have to do some bending/flexing of the side panels to get them on but nothing too hateful. Here's a pic of mine with Armor Bodies mounted:
