I like your bracket . I'm off to Peru tomorrow when I get back I will see how many more brackets I have . If you need one let me know I will send you one .

One tip with these brackets is to use the grommets in the original they seem to not like the vibration of being solidly mounted .

Really appreciate the offer mate, but it's probably a lot of hassle to get it to the UK and shouldn't be too much trouble to find someone to make something here. Cheers for the tips on the rubber mountings, could cause a problem with my cable ties!

Just to make clear for anyone looking at the thread and seeing my earlier cable tie mounting job. This method of mounting does not work. I had a nightmare at the track with the IMU cutting the engine. I think it was due to vibration but I'm not certain. Definitely requires a good quality mount. I turned all the electronics off because of the problem and ended up losing my high side virginity! fortunately the bike stayed upright and just damaged the fairings.

There is no link, I have a picture of it (Alu not carbon like this picture)

You have to order it from your Ducati Corse dealer

Parts nr are

Ulf has one advertised on FB with an IMU/GPS holder for 2150DKK, which is about 242 quid currently.

I believe I have what is the first "correct" production Motoholders 1299 Fairing bracket. They had them listed and I bought one but it was way off so Motoholders re tooled and sent me the revised version. I have not had a chance to mount it but it looks to have all the correct mounting points for the IMU etc.

endo, do you have pics of the Motoholders 1299 fairing bracket? I saw some pics online and don't see how the IMU would mount up to it.

Is there also a provision to attach the DDA GPS unit to that as well?

Moto holders manufacture the fairing stay bracket complete with bracket for the imu.
Been racing with my unit for 5months no hassle

I saw pics of their bracket but i don't see how the IMU mounts to it.

There's a square aluminum bar behind the bracket for the dash, but I can't picture how the IMU mounts to that

I have one from Ulf on it's way hopefully here tomorrow. I'll get some pictures up once I've got it fitted.

It has a manufactured bracket on the rear of the clock, it fits perfectly

I have had the Motoholders race bracket for a while as well. The one i just got is the street version of that holder with the stock fairing/mirror mounts and the headlight bracket. i think the corrected version ( i apparently got one of the first originals that was not correct). Have not mounted it up but it to has all the correct provisions for the accessories.

Are the ears for the mirrors in the correct location?

If you have the street version, does the IMU still mount to the headlights or have you moved it to it's dedicated mounting location on the back of the fairing stay so that when you take it to the track, you just have to remove the headlights only?

Also, did you get the one with the fiberglass or carbon air intake? I'm not entirely sure it's available with the street version though

Good question. On the first one i got the "ears" were not even close. This one looks close but i have not actually mounted it to anything so I would be guessing. As far as the IMU is concerned its mounted in the stock manner. My IMU mounts to a bracket not the headlight. I made my own carbon intakes to work with the headlight. The intakes they sell should work as the intake tunnel and frame mount configuration on the race piece for the 1199 and this look to be the same.
