Front rake angle change 24.5 to 24 degrees (from 1199 to 1299)

I've been researching and comparing some of the changes from the 1199 (2012-2014) to the 1299 (2015-2017) and the front rake angle changed from 24.5 to 24 degrees. On the front it looks like the upper and lower frame "bush" changed however as I was researching the upper and lower bushing changes but it's odd as they kept the same bushing in there for the 1199 and the Panigale R from 2012 up to 2016. The 1299 has a different one starting in 2015 up. If this was what changed the front rake angle why would they change it on the 2015 1299 and not the 2015 R (1199 engine)?

The 2015 1199R already has the 4mm lower pivot point in the rear (I confirmed this) but why would they change the rear geometry on that model and not the front if it's the upper and lower bush in the frame that changed the rake angle from 24.5 to 24?

Also if anyone has done this change in the front and has the actual part numbers please let me know?

I remember this being a thing here back in the 1199 days. There was a kit you can get and the p/n is in this thread.

Do you recall for those who have already done this if the frame inserts can be removed with hand tools or do that have to be pressed in & out?

I've got the parts and going to do this soon so checking as I did not see this mentioned in the old thread or in the service manual?
