Fuel leak from DP gas cap

anyone suffered from this ?
I thought it was from the surrounding but now I think its from the cap itself
It was bought new 6 months ago, mounted on the bike before the first ride and the bike has around 1800miles

i there a chance the green seal is damaged ?!
it started with few drops but on my last ride after fueling I saw a huge amount of fuel when the bike starts to rev/vibrate

It happens to me when I fill the tank to the brim and I lean the bike. I doesn't leak after a little while of riding.

Make sure your vent tube is not pinched and pressurizing your tank.

Which vent tube? Where it is located?

I have another brand new DP gas cap, i looked and compared, it looks like the green seal is enlarged and when closed its not 100% bacause the seal is to big now.

Under the tank

Take it off and check and you can clean your air filter at the same time

I always found its best to have two people for the job

I have the same cap and I have noticed a fairly strong odor of fuel after a ride but have not been able to find any actual leaks
